Over the last 20 years of working with WSU, STRATA has developed an extensive knowledge of the objectives and priorities of the construction division of the university. This fosters continuity of service and gives us the ability plan and create engineering and construction efficiencies.
Rob Berube, CRC's Quality Control Manager has led the Quality Control efforts for the entire project since 2004. A joint venture of Stacy & Witbeck and Herzog, CRC is near complete building Utah’s first 44-mile commuter rail line bridging the gap between Pleasant View and Provo, UT. Year after year, both entities win pride awards, merit awards, recognition, projects of the year, and S&W is ranked by Engineering News-Record in the top 20 for transportation work and number 2 in Mass Transit & Rail in 2008.
The 75th Engineering Squadron operates out of and serves Hill Air Force Base, our military base located just south of the city of Ogden, UT. Hill AFB provides worldwide engineering and logistics management for the F-16 Fighting Falcon, the A-10 Thunderbolt II, and the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile. Among a long list of other duties, the 75th Civil Engineering Squadron is responsible for all in-house maintenance, repair, and construction projects. The squadron completes over 10,000 requests for Civil Engineering support each year.
