STRATA hires workers who are legally authorized to work in the United
States. Applicants who are offered a job will be required to present
documents proving their identity and eligibility to work in the United
States within three business days of the date of employment.
Candidates for a driving position, if interviewed, will be asked to furnish
a current MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) at the interview. STRATA maintains a
drug-free workplace and, therefore, strictly prohibits the illegal
manufacture, distribution, possession, or use of drugs or controlled
substances on STRATA premises or while conducting company business. All
applicants must take and pass a drug test after receiving an initial offer
of employment. Any failure or refusal to take the test at scheduled times
will disqualify the candidate form employment.
STRATA also conducts random drug testing on all current employees in
accordance with its drug prevention program.
Job offers for certain job categories may be conditioned upon the results
of a post offer medical examination. After hire, employment with STRATA is
at will and conditions of employment may be changed and/or terminated at
any time with or without notice.
